As part of a Seismic retrofit, portions of this building were found to be deficient in column ductility and the column to beam connections needed ductility and shear enhancement. Edge Structural Composites Velacarb was chosen and the retrofit was completed quickly and with little or no disruption to the occupants of the other portions of the building.
The columns were fully wrapped with one layer of VelaCarb 335.
